Role Overview
A steward assists in keeping a restaurant, bar, or lounge clean and sanitary, also helps in cleaning dishes, and tends to customers' needs
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
- Cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Providing responsive customer service and support
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward, preferably in a hotel setting
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility in working hours and shifts
